Don´t miss the chance to spend this very special weekend with many other players from all over the world. Gaming in Middle-earth just means, what it says: you will be able to play every game, that is acting in Tolkien´s world. No matter if you are a long-time player or a newbie: tournaments and demos to Trading Card Games, Table Top, Role Playing or Boardgames are awaiting you.

 
The Gaming in Middle-earth Convention will be from Friday 15. August (13.30) to Sunday 17. August (17.00).
The location is a hostel in Judenburg in Austria (have a first look at a sleeping room and at a

playing room)
It is situated in a former monastery, the "Jesuitenkloster", just next to a large park in the very centre of Judenburg (Address: Jugend & Familiengästehaus Judenburg; Kaserngasse 22, 8750 Judenburg; Phone: +43 (0)3572/ 87 355)

Costs for the weekend: 60 euro (including accomodation, breakfast/lunch/dinner, room rent, general fee).
There are 3-6 bed rooms available (every room with shower/toilette).
Of course it it possible to arrive already on thursday and also to stay till monday. If you want to stay longer, mail it to Wolfgang Penetsdorfer and add additional 13 Euro per night (including breakfast) to your costs.

Guest for a day: 4 euro for Friday, 5 euro for Saturday or Sunday (without accomodation and meals). all three days: 12 euro (you are allowed to take part in every game, but there is no accomodation and food)

If you want to have a special arrangement (additional meals, vegetarisn food, ...), please send a mail.

If you are arriving on thursday it is possible to participate at an outdoor program on friday morning. Please sent Wolfgang a mail if your interested, further informations (costs, etc.) will be provided soon.

Since there are many different tournaments and games, there is a base fee for the weekend, which doesn´t include any tournament fees.

Minion Sealed Deck:

Hero Booster Draft/Sealed Deck/Drinking Game/Country Cup/Finnish Sealed Deck:

LOTR CCG:

Sealed Deck Tournament:

20 Euro (1 Starter +3 Booster) or if you bring your own Starter 10 Euro (3 Booster)

Sealed Draft Tournament:

18 Euro (Draftpack + 3 Booster)

Constructed Deck Tournament:

10 Euro

How to get there:

By plane/train:

The nearest international airport is Graz, but it might be easier to take a plane to Vienna or Munich. Then it´s best for you to take the train to go to Judenburg.

By car:
