Command Cards: Command cards return other command cards of the same name to your hand. This wording is still confusing to me... does your ruling address this Van?

Yes it did, but I'll try to make it clearer. Each command card says, "Return all _other_ command cards on target leader to your hand when this card is played." By a strict reading, you could therefore have two or more of the _same_ command cards on the same leader. The CRF plugs that loophole by stating that even if the same command card is played, the previous command card is returned to your hand.

Woa. This is really the first time I'm looking at that Command Card thingy. Does that mean that if I have I'll report you in play on a leader, and then I play I'll Report You on that leader again, that the first I'll Report You is returned to my hand so that I may continue the cycle? THis also indicates to me that I can have multiple Command Cards on the same leader (as long as they have different names)

First, if you want to rotate your 'I'll Report Yous' then you can indeed do that. Second, because of the card text on each command card (see previous ruling) you will only have one command card on a given leader at a time.

Subject: Wounded question

If one of my undeads attacks a wounded character and the character is wounded again, can I play a "Pale dream maker" on him? Is he considered to have been wounded by what he was wounded by before or by the undead or both?

Seems logical to me that it would be by both, but logic here is sometimes not what it seems.

Allow me to restate your example. A character is wounded by Rats! Then a Barrow Wight attacks and wounds the wounded character again but doesn't kill him. That character could have Pale Dream Maker played on him when the Barrow Wight wounds him.
