No. It is still discarded normally.

Actually, I find I am incorrect. A card with Hidden Haven and Guarded Haven would be returned to the location deck, not discarded, if there were no companies at the site. Resource cards on the site would be dicarded. Sorry if this answer was confusing.

4.) May I play Black Horse at an already tapped site ?

Yes. Since tapping the site is not a cost, the site may already be tapped.

Actually no. I forgot that 'does not tap the site' is not equal to 'playable at a tapped site.' Black Horse requires an untapped site but does not tap the site.

If Alatar's company is moving with "Great Road" to a site where the hazard player normally draws one card, how many cards are drawn?

Zero -- Since Alatar reduces one to zero and 2(0)=3D0.
One -- 2(1) -1 for Alatar's ability.

Great Road says twice 'normal' so, normal is one, Great Road increases to two, then Alatar reduced back to one.

I never saw an answer to this question awile ago, and I'm still curious. What's the effect of duplicating crept along carefully?

The hazard limit is reduced by one and you have an extra Crept to discard and attempt to cancel an attack.

is there a one command per company rule?

i.e. can command cards be duplicated in a company? with orders from lugburz, you have 2 leaders. in the crf, under rulings by term - command cards - it says "Command cards return other command cards of the same name to your hand. "

If a company has two leaders, then each can have his own command card. The CRF makes it clear that a leader cannot have two copies of the same command card.

is this for the situation of having one leader with a command and then playing the same command on that leader? or when there are 2 leaders in a company?

Yes.
