Demonstrations

Continuous demonstrations all weekend. Come and watch, come and play! (free)

Daily tournaments, both fun and competitive, including the European Championships. The tournament page tells all about it.
 

Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game

Continuous demonstrations of Decipher's all new film based game that will hit the stores world wide just two days after the fair, on November 6. Come and watch, come and play! (free)

The Lord of the Rings board game (Dutch translation)

Sit down and play this beautiful game. We'll help you out. Be sure to try the all new first expansion too!


Demonstrations and workshops take place on a large Lord of the Rings island at the back of the main exhibition hall. Tournaments are held on a section of the left balcony.

Artists

Among the special guests at Het Spellenspektakel will be two artists that have illustrated Middle-earth CCG cards: Scott M. Fischer and Liz Danforth. They will have booths of their own where you'll be able to buy works from them and / or have your cards signed.

Many more events will take place at Het Spellenspektakel, like demonstrations of board games, role play sessions, etc. You will also be able to buy many different games and single cards for most CCG's here.

You will find the Exhibition Hall right next to Eindhoven's train station, so it is easy to reach by public transport (and easy to find on any map). There are multiple parking garages in the vicinity.

Opening hours

Friday: 12:00h-22:00h
Saturday: 10:00h-20:00h
Sunday: 10:00h-18:00h

Entrance fee

Day tickets are sold at the entrance for NLG 17,50 per adult per day. If you buy your ticket in advance a day ticket costs NLG 12,50.

Day tickets only (no weekend passes). Reduced fee for children, free for infants (day care available).
