[Fallen Gandalf] The Legolas and Gimli partnership!

Ok, here's one of my favourite decks which manages to get the two friends from the book to work together - no easy feat given how bad Legolas is.  Just beware of Unhappy Blows. :)

[Starting]
Legolas (Thrall of the Voice) with Gandalf's Friend
Gimli (Thrall of the Voice)
Elladan with Foul-smelling Paste
Gulla

[characters]
Gandalf
Gandalf
Gandalf
Fori the Beardless
Gildor Inglorion
Dasakun
Woffung
Balin
Elrohir

[resources]
Wizard's Trove
A Friend or Three

Glamdring
Iron Hill Dwarves
Flatter a Foe

Sapling of the White Tree
Wood-elves

Key sideboard cards:

[sideboard]
Await the Onset
Legacy of Smiths
Mischief in a Mean Way
The White Tree
And Forth He Hastened
Wormsbane
Longbottom Leaf
Longbottom Leaf
Noble Steed
Marvels Told
Gollum
Men of Northern Rhovanion
Grey Embassy
Guarded Haven

Promptings of Wisdom

Great fun to play as there are plenty of options available.  Go play the resources or use the DI heavy diplomats of Legolas, Gimli and or Gandalf to influence opponents characters and resources.  Surprisingly effective considering.  If it's vs minion swap the Old Friendship for something else.

Any thoughts?

I remember this one stealing my Sapling on about the Second turn.  I was astonished. :)
