stick to Mordor and it's vicinity, make some use of the normally non-usable sites (like Druadan Forest, Henneth Annun) by playing Cakes there and then burning the site down; hazards should work well against all except haven squatters (thanks to orcs keyed to nothing after Umagiar or Buthrakaur minion companies at shadow-holds can get hurt)

the Cakes could be exchanged for some MP cards that tap the holds (Broad-headed Spear or To Satisfy the Questioner for example) but the deck scores major cool points for burning the sites down cuz of the Cakes

Beside using (discarding) of Necklace of Girion.
There are also other methods of tapping Henneth Annun, which require changing of site type or uncommon combination of hero resources (played by opponent) and hazards in play.
