A cheezy way of play, i know... suggestions/corrections welcome!!


Pool:
- Elrond (+star-glass) (first draft)
- Galadriel (+elf-stone) (second draft)
- Glorfindel
- Cirdan
- Galdor
The last three goes to the deck if not played on draft.

Characters in deck:

Ideal characters distribution:
galadriel --> arwen
círdan    --> celeborn (w/elfstone)
pallando  --> elrond + galdor

Tips:
- recycle friend or three + tempering friendship with vilya.
- do not move until near finishing the deck. once there, sb tom+palantir+align and play'em all.
- elf-song avoid galadriel being descarded in hour of need after a failed influence attempt.
- This probably will be compatible with the hazards I posted before, impassable storm, but i have no room for twilights...

Old Road and Hour of Need both tap the site, and require an untapped site to play. So only squatting at havens isn't really an option.

You could either have one company squatting and another moving to the haven from time to time to get an untapped version of it, or play some character at the haven, divide the company and get the new untapped site for those who will stay.

hour of need is playable in orga phase, so it doesn't tap the haven, i think. with old road, i'm not sure, really... i've played on gccg and nobody ever told me to tap the haven. but if that's the case, the deck has to be changed in a way similar to the one you pointed. thanx!

Well, to add some more cheeze:
Try to keep Elf-song in play during the whole game (recycle and play Echo of all Joy), be sure to have lots of Twilight to prevent Doors of Night (sorry no Snowstorms here). With Elf-song in play you could theoretically have an infinite number of characters at your havens if you don´t move. If you have to move do it only with your lone Wizard. This trick works because you are allowed to play a character during the orga-phase if you have not enough GI. Usually you would have to dicard him again at the end of the orga-phase if you can´t put him under DI. But because of Elf-song no character at a haven can be discarded for any reason and your moving wizard can´t be discarded.  :twisted:

You can have characters under your wizard's DI too.  Just as long as there are none under GI outside of a haven

If you are in need of an untapped haven bring in a character as a separate company and have them join at this untapped version after not moving. Otherwise you'll have to move in order to have an untapped version of the site.
