Not sure why 2 diversion and 2 escape better than 2 sneakin' and 2 stealth...

well, with 2 healing herbs and 2 halfling strength, as long as you keep ioreth around, you should be in good shape.

And it's fun to wound people ;)

But having Ioreth with the main company means HL 3.

Ok for style, but stealth/sneakin' still seems better to me ;)

I would doubt whether any strike could get through the defenses, thereby making stealth, sneaking unnecessary.  His deck has 4 untapping cards (2 halfling strength and 2 healing herbs) with the herbs immediately available to heal/untap ALL characters with Ioreth in the company.  HL 3-opponent plays cave drake, cancel with concealment; opponent plays cave drake, cancel with diversion, opponent plays sellswords, cancel with Fatty and Fatty.

You need to have/hold all those cards to move in safety. Stealth/Sneakin' is only one card and you can move freely (except ahunts, but you pack concealments and MT anyway...) Basically the deck will flow better if you need less cards to make the company walk safe, and you can plan your turn easily when you know there will be no attacks.

And HL 2 is always better; it clogs your opponent more than HL 3, leaves less rooms for rivers/beorning skin changers, which can really hurt a company with only one ranger.

Of course, it's all up to tastes; me , I've been playing hobbits deck for a long time (in fact, there's one posted in here that qualified me for finals in spanish nats) and stealth seems much better to me; denying the possibilty of playing ANY creature on you is more frustrating to your opponent, btw ;)

Though a good Searching Eye can ruin a Stealthy company's day.
