CoE site and forum down??

Last week and today I have had problems reaching the council of Elrond. Does anyone know whats wrong with their site?

Both that site and this site are moving to a new server.  That is probably why you would be seeing some downtime today.  Last week, we had a strange DNS issue, but I think that has been worked out now as well.
