Old Forest Healing

Old Forest:

SPECIAL: Healing Cards affect all characters at the site.

So if I were to play Halfling Strength at the site and there was a wounded Frodo, Sam and Gloin, what would happen?  Would only Frodo Heal or Frodo, Sam and Gloin? Or only Frodo and Sam?

Frodo, Sam and Gloin.

Regardless of:

CRF, Errata (Cards), Old Forest wrote:Card Erratum: Replace "healing cards" with "healing effects."
