Threats

Hi, I wanted to ask exactly how does Threats works.

Say, that you have a Troll Leader with a Blazon of the Eye, and you make an influence attempt using Threats.

How much direct influence against orc and troll faction would you have ??

I guess my question is do you only use the 6 DI you have because of Threats, or do you add up the 6 of Threats, the 3 the Troll Leader has, and the 2 of the Blazon, thus having 11 DI against factions ??

He only gets up to 6 from Threats.

To further clarify:

The bonus from the card Threats is used instead of Direct Influence.  Since both the Blazon and the Troll Leader give bonuses to Direct Influence against factions, these will not apply.
