Change type of site (using FW)

I'm looking for the way to change from  :S: to  :F:  8) .. this is possible or not ??

I'm pretty sure this isn't possible.  I don't think there is any way to go from a border-hold to a free-hold, or vice versa.  I think that also holds for shadowhold to darkhold conversion.

With hazard you can change free-hold to border-hold

 I think that also holds for shadow-hold to dark-hold conversion.

That's quite easy - just tap Witch King o Angamar

during your turn he will also work.

It is possible to turn  :S: into Wizardhaven.
Sadly Darkholds are immune...

 So no wizardhaven in Barad Dur.
But there are no cards that can turn other sites into free hold.

Actually Houses of Healing don't change the site to haven, it counts as  :H: for certain things.

It is funny that people from one city speak with each other on foreign forum...

There is no card which changes something to

.
The haven-maker is fallen Gandalf who can make havens from

(:S: to

with Quiet lands,

to

with rebuild the town and Mischief In a Mean Way),

(Mischief),

(Chambers),

(Hidden Haven).
Normal Wizards can't make additional havens.
