Fatty Lumpkin
how about this one then? Fatty Lumpkin : horse ally, 1 mp, 1/8, 2 mind. Unique. Only playable at Tom's House on the controller of Tom Bombadil or Goldberry (even if site is tapped). Tap Fatty Lumpkin to cancel any hazard effect that would discard an ally, or to return an ally that has been discarded...

Well, one could say there are cards that specifically mention strike-reduction of auto-attacks, so perhaps ICE made a conscious decision to leave this out. If so however, their reasons for doing it remain hidden from me, so I'm inclined to vote yes. There is a difference between strike reduction and...

I have never seen the One Ring in an organisation phase though, Uh, and how would you play New Ringlord then? Minions might be more than 1 turn movement away from Barad-dur. You might not succeed with 1 Challenge the Power (or play 3 in one turn). Tthat's not to say that chances for this card to ha...

Well the proposal changed, so a new voting would have to be arranged, and that hasn't happened yet. I had my doubts about the original proposal, it seems, rereading it, though I don't remember exactly what that proposal was. The new one seems fine in essence, but it needs to solve some problems abou...

Well an ally has enough character feel to make him able to be subject to prisoner cards imo, they can fight and die after all, so why not? The problem obviously is that if rescued they have no controlling character. I would say, if the hazard host is removed, the ally is just discarded, he goes home...

[UEP, failed] Rolled Down: on ring company only
since Bandobras' attempt did not make it (yet), I thought I'd try another one... Name: Rolled Down to the Sea on ring company only Status: proposed Proposal maintainer: Thorsten the Traveller Category : Balance Rolled Down to the Sea: Unique. Opponent must discard a ring from his hand or from one of...

Well the Nauglamir was taken back to Menegroth after Luthien's death, but subsequently when Doriath was sacked by Feanor's sons Elwing escaped, taking with her the Silmarill. It is not mentioned the Silmarill was still set in it then, or for good, it was cut out from the Iron Crown as well, and Eare...

Still not voted on this one, haven't made up my mind. I think the idea is ok, but is it the best idea? Rings that are tested can still roll down to the sea, just ask Isildur... I might prefer a version where Rolled Down can be played on a comp. that actually has a ring. That way it's more difficult ...

of course what you really need to know is, how much chance do you have to survive/defeat creature after the first attack, and how much after the second? Because you always have to face the first attack, so there is little element of choice, but you can perhaps cancel or tap for 2nd and 3rd... and th...
