just to give you a reason to keep on thinking about it:

imagine arwen/gorm would like to attack a minion company, that is awaiting them at minas tirith. since it might happen, that arwen dies, the player is interested in playing the white tree before (=during the site phase).

by the way: you are allowed to include more wizards to the sideboard.
so if you want to run one specific wizard in your deck, but you are unlucky, because your opponent got him out first, a sideboarded wizard may still help you.

i always played, that it is not allowed for characters to follow a ringwraith from darkhaven to darkhaven. still, if you take the quotations, bernds conclusions are logical, i think. english rulebook p. 25 ...a company containing your ringwraith may freely move from darkhaven to darkhaven .... it do...

guess you mixed up Old Road with Hour of Need, right? and even Old Road may make a faction playable in one of those regions for a FW.

don´t forget about the year, when the cards have been published.
as far as i know english TW Lim have 1995, TW UL have 95/96, TD and DM have 96, LE, AS, WH and BA have 97.
since you prefer the Wizards sets, this might help you also.
