All of your non-Orc/Troll characters are considered to be hero characters

Threllin is hero character if player is FW. If the players is minion so is Threllin.

Overt companies are not minion companies for the purposes of the detainment attack guidelines in the ME:LE rules (p. 31). Overt companies are minion companies for hazards that can only attack/effect minion companies (i.e. Sons of Kings).

From the WH rules page 5.

If I got it right they are minion characters if the player is playing minion. They differ from troll and orcs by being covert.
If the player is fallen wizard they are hero characters.
Overt FW companies would be affected by Covetous thoughts as they are considered minion companies.

the companies doesn´t automaticly join at havens. Only at normal sites. So there will be two companies; Halbarad and the one what just moved there. So you can untap Halbarad imidiatley after he´s M/H phase. I think you can heal/untap one ch. in the other company as well since "immediatley following"...
