It is the first sentence that should be the main concern. ;)  All the "however" stuff starts with the second sentence and has to do with all other (i.e. non-stage) MP sources.

"announced and played" means that it has both been declared and resolved in its chain of effects.  A card is not in play until it resolves in its chain of effects.  ICE was sometimes unclear in their use of the word "played." In other words, to cause a hazard to fizzle, you must affect the...

Normally considers only the card itself, and not other card's effects.  Without Pallando specifically mentioning stage resources, I'm inclined to say the rule would take priority.

Especially since there are no hazards which modify the MPs of stage resources.

Pallando's advantage comes in making the basic half-orc factions worth 2 MPs each. I recently learned that this is incorrect.  The White Hand rules state "Marshalling points for stage resource cards are handled normally (i.e. as printed on the card)." Therefore Pallando's ability does not incr...

It is legal to bring into play characters during the organization phase even if you do not currently have the influence to control them.  However, by the end of the organization phase, all characters must be controlled by Influence or any characters played must be returned to your hand.

That is correct.  Cave-Drakes are non-unique dragons. :)

Suggestions: Saruman will not get full MPs for the Warding Ring without Blind to All Else because the Warding Ring is an Armor item.  It may be better to try for one of the Dwarven Rings instead. Regiment will make your company Overt; that may make the auto-attacks at Minas Tirith, etc. too tou...

The scout roll is a normal requirement to play the Ithil-Stone.

Both Wizard's Laughter and Poisonous Despair are excellent counters to Influence decks.  In my experience, there are many ways in which an Influence deck can fall down.

While this has been discussed on the NetRep forum, a final ruling does not seem to have been published in a digest.

The MELE rules do clearly list the opponent's roll as a modification to the check.

This is the only rule I can find on the subject, but it's none too clear.  The wording possibly indicates that it is the player's choice, but don't quote me on that.

As for that, I'm not sure; I'm fairly poor and fairly isolated, so I tend to do my Middle Earth playing online using GCCG.

I know Gwaihir runs a Middle Earth store (gwaihir.net), but other than that I have no advice to give.

Several people do Sauron/Lidless Eye decks. Calling the Council is handled as with Ringwraiths, so yes, you need Sudden Call. http://www.meccg.net/dforum/viewtopic.php?p=8650#8650 http://www.meccg.net/dforum/viewtopic.php?t=1154 http://www.meccg.net/dforum/viewtopic.php?t=1449&highlight= http://www....
