I definitely approve of this use of Fallen Saruman. Good someone puts him to use, and a good point that this deck is not easily duplicated by another fallen wizard.

Elf characters with home site Rivendell would have an easier time influencing the Elves of Edhellond faction than Elf characters with home site Edhellond would have.
Is that intentional Fangorn?
